The proof was in the results! The card issuer saw a 45% lift in up front acquisition offer provided by Propco versus the straight miles offer. Furthermore, retention also increased. The card issuer looked at accounts out to 11 months on the book and the population with Discounted Companion Airfare Ticket offer had attrition running half the amount versus the control offer of the straight miles.
