Large national chain utilized the Discounted Companion Airline Ticket Program to drive activation of private label credit cards. Retailer offered a Discounted Companion Airline Ticket on any new card opened with a $200 purchase. Offer was in addition to their control of 10% off first purchase of $200 or more.

By offering the Discounted Companion Airline Ticket Program in conjunction with their control of 10% off the retailer increased sales by 14%.
